XANADU 24K Gold Serum | Review

When this company contacted me to review this product I was just so excited because I have never tried a product like this. Yes, i have tried many other facial serums but this is the first time I tried a 24 k gold serum. I love looking at it because it is just stunning and I love how the packaging looks. This serum is formulated with a combination of Botanical Ingredients, High Tech science, and 24K Real Gold. It will moisturize, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, even skin tone, repair sun damage, and give you a golden youthful glow. All the ingredients on the serum are just so good for your skin. You are supposed to used this twice a day after you wash your face. This can be used as a foundation primer as well. I love how nice and moisturized my face feels after I apply the serum. It is also very nice that after you apply it to the skin you can see tiny little gold pieces on your face because to be honest I think it looks cute. I have very sensitive skin and i haven had any problems at all so I would really recommend it. I have definitely seen a difference in my skin since I started using this product. It has been helping a lot with my dryness by keeping my skin moisturized. This product retail for $199 but it's on sale for $59.

I received this as a PR Sample about a month ago and since my eyes are still a little sensitive I decided to use this on my eyebrows. They say to apply after you clean your face. They applicator was very easy to use and to apply on my eyebrows. It doesn't have a smell which is nice. They say that you can see a difference in only 15 days and they have a before and after picture on Amazon. To be honest it did work but nothing too crazy! I did notice that I had more eyebrow hair in some places but like I said nothing too big. This Vitamin B-12 cream is infused with antioxidants and moisturizers, It is not greasy and your skin absorbs it very quickly. I was very happy to try this because like I have said before my skin has been very dry lately and also itchy due to the dryness. I usually like to use it after exfoliating my skin or after using a face mask and I only use it once a day. The cream is pink and it has a sweet and minty scent to it which I think is very nice. If you use it every day you will notice how great it works. Sometimes I forget to apply it but I really try to use it everyday because it's truly helping my skin a lot. My skin always absorbs the cream very fast and it leaves my skin feeling so nice and soft. It can be use under makeup and with your normal skincare routine. Like I said before this cream won't leave your face feeling greasy and it's very light and gentle on your skin. You don't need to use a lot, remember a little goes a long way. I will most likely be purchasing this if my skin keeps getting very dry like it has been lately. Needless to say I would totally recommend it if you have dry, itchy, irritated skin or if you have eczema or any skin rash.

Covergirl Products Review

Hello beauties 

Some of you guys may have seen this two products in stores now and might be thinking of trying them so I wanted to help you guys with a little review! I received this two products before they hit the stores and I was very excited to try them. I know it took me forever to review them but some of you guys may already know that I have been having a lovely stye on my eyelids and I didn't want to put any makeup on but they are finally almost back to normal so I had the chance to try them out. So let's begin with the mascara.

The Super Sizer by Lashblast Mascara 

This mascara claims to give you 400% more corner to corner volume and transform even the smaller lashes! I really like the packaging! The colors are very pretty and they make me think of summer. When I tried it for the first time I notice that the mascara wand is very flexible making the application easier. I love how easy it was to reach all my lashes without getting any mascara on my skin. The wand made it very easy for me to apply mascara on my lower lashes as well. The formula of this mascara is not too dry or too liquid which is nice. The mascara applies evenly and without clumps. It does give your lashes volume and it is very nice for the price. The only thing that I didn't like is that it wasn't waterproof at all. I happened to forget that I was wearing mascara and I rubbed my eye and when i looked at myself in the mirror I had mascara everywhere. Other than that this mascara is great and very affordable! It retails for $6.85.

Intensify Me! Liquid Eyeliner

The biggest thing about this eyeliner is the paddle shaped tip which allows you to get two looks at once. You can do a thick or thin look very easily thanks to the paddle tip. This was the first time ever that I tried a liner with that tip shape and I actually really like it. It is very easy to apply and the color is very pigmented. The eyeliner is not waterproof just like the mascara making it very easy to remove. It can be easily be removed with a makeup remover wipe or even a baby wipe so you really want to stay away from water while wearing this liner. It lasts a long time on if kept away from water of course. Do not rub your eye or your eyeliner with go everywhere! I like to use this when I want to wear just a little amount of eyeliner or when I want to create a thin line. Even though I do enjoy using this eyeliner I don't think I would pick this one over my other eyeliners. It retails for $8.00.

Vita Science Maxasorb Melatonin Sleep Cream | Review

I received this product as a PR Sample but after reading about it I realized that I could not use it because I am currently breastfeeding my daughter but my fiance was very happy to try it and give me his opinion. He always have a very hard time falling asleep and getting enough sleep through out the night. Every morning he always complains about how tired he is and how long it took him to fall asleep. He has been using this cream for a few days now and he loves it. He says that he is able to fall asleep a few minutes after applying the cream to his arms and every morning he has been telling me how great it was to get enough sleep. He says that he has very lucid dreams on the night that he uses the cream and that he is able to remember the dreams. He also said that he feels very relax and energized the next morning. He had one of his friends try it to see if he had the same result and he did. His friends told us that it worked very well almost a little too good he said. 

This cream is great if you have sleeping problems such a insomnia because it really makes you fall asleep within minutes after applying the cream. It helps you regulate your sleep pattern, relaxes you and ease you into a good night sleep. This could also be used after you traveled and the jet lag is just killing you since it helps regulate your sleeping pattern. The cream is very gentle on your skin as well. The pump delivers 3 mg of Melatonin to help you sleep. You only need to use one pump that's all! Right before you go to sleep you just apply the lotion to your arms or legs and it starts working a few minutes after you applied it to your skin.

While I was wearing it for the first time I notice something about the dress that i actually didn't know it had but I was so happy it did. The dress had pockets! Isn't that awesome! I'm not really a dress kind of girl but I fell in love with this dress as soon as I seen it online and to be honest I like all the dresses that they have because they are all so beautiful. This dress is very comfortable as well.

Lately I haven't been doing my makeup that much since I'm always at home but I have to admit that I have done my makeup at least 6 times in this past few days so i have been using this makeup brush for my foundation. The brush is extremely soft so it doesn't pull on your skin or makeup. I love music so you can imagine I was very excited to try this out. I totally fell in love as soon as I tried it and so did my fiance. We listen to music pretty much everyday, we both enjoy singing as well. On the side of the box it tells you that the speaker is very loud but have you guys tried products like this and they are not loud at all, well they didn't lie! This speaker is very loud to the point that my neighbors could hear our music. I was very impressed! I love how easy it is to use this speaker, You can connect this speaker to any electronic that has Bluetooth and the connection process it's very simple, you can also answer phone calls while your phone is connected to the speaker. This speaker has a radio setting and if you want to listen to music but don't have Bluetooth you can connect the speaker to a headphone jack. The speaker is very small so it makes it easy to take anywhere you want. As I already mention I totally love this speaker  but since it's so good my lovely fiance confiscated the speaker! The speaker is well made, it looks good, it works perfectly and the battery lasts up to 6 hours. Don't mind my frizzy hair and I told you guys you might look a little crazy and scary while using a mud mask. lol

I totally fell in love with this moisturizer! The cold weather has been making my skin very dry, to the point that I would apply the products I usually use and my skin would still be dry. Since my face is getting so dry I need a creamy moisturizer instead of a more liquid one. This moisturizer is exactly what I need because it is very creamy and it made my face look and feel a lot better after one use. It is also good for oily skin because even though my skin is dry somehow I still get oily and after using this moisturizer even though it leave my skin very soft and moisturized it still doesn't make me oily at all. The moisturizer does have a very light scent, it's a fresh, clean scent, it's not overwhelming at all. This moisturizer lasts up to 24 months after opening and it's also cruelty free. I love using it in the morning and also at night but if you want something a little bit lighter during the day then you can just use it at night. I would totally recommend it!

Moisturizing Gel Shampoo

This shampoo was supposed to be very moisturizing but it wasn't, well at least not for my hair. It contains Avocado Oil to help replenish essential moisture and reduce frizz. I was very excited to try all of this products but I was very disappointed with most of the products. Most of the products didn't work for my hair type at all plus I am extremely picky when it comes to hair products. This shampoo was so bad for my hair. It made my hair feel clean but it made my hair dry, to the point that when I came out of the shower my hair was dry already and normally it takes a few hours for my hair to get dry. I washed my hair a few times after using this product and I'm still trying to get my hair back to normal because it feels so dry, like if it was damaged from using heat styling tool which is not since I have been leaving my hair natural for over a year now. I won't be using this shampoo ever again, it was very disappointing. I also didn't like the gel consistency of the shampoo or the smell at all.     

Leave- in Conditioner 

This leave- in conditioner was supposed to restore moisture, softness and also detangle your hair. The constancy of this is so watery, it feels like you are applying a sticky kind of water. I don't know about you, but I like my leave- in conditioners to be creamy and very moisturizing. This product wasn't

anything I would buy for my hair. Sadly to say it didn't give my hair the moisture my hair needs, it didn't make it soft and instead of detangling my hair it made my hair tangle like never before. I rarely get tangles but after using this my hair is tangled all the time and also dry, it is very frustrating because I had very soft, nice and beautiful healthy hair and now because of this products my hair is the total opposite and a hot mess.  

Hair Strengthening Conditioner

This is supposed to be for superior shine and manageability. It does make your hair shinny but nothing major, you have to be very close to my hair to even notice, I can't say the same about the manageability because it doesn't give you any. Once again this conditioner is not creamy, it is more liquid almost like the shampoo. It did nothing good for my hair so that's all I have to say about it. 

Temporary Straightener

Like I said earlier I have been leaving my hair natural for over a year and I wasn't about to ruin that just for this product so I had my fiance try this one out. This one is also a liquid consistency and there's not much to say about it other than it does the job but it doesn't control frizz like it says it does.

Shine 

This one is a high gloss mist to add shine. There's nothing bad about this one, I am actually still using this product to add a little bit of shine since it doesn't add that much shine but you only need a little bit or it will make your hair look greasy. 

Anti- Frizz Serum

This serum is supposed to protect against frizz and seal split ends. I am currently still using this one and I do enjoy it. It does what it claims to do but I would not use it after using their shampoo because your hair is going to get very frizzy.

When they contacted me to review their products I was very excited to try them out but as you can already tell it didn't work so great for my hair. I would not say that this products had a Salon Formula at all. I would give them a tip, instead of making a product for Latinas you should make a product depending on the hair type because not every hair is the same and not every product will work for everyone. I think this products are better for a person who has very oily and greasy hair.
