You receive 3 toys and a pacifier clip in the cute little bag. Always make sure to clean the toys before and after your baby plays with them. Also make sure to boil water and place the toys in the water before your baby plays with them for the first time. This toy are very good quality and very easy for your baby to grab and hold. My daughter was very excited to play with them for the first time after she saw them because she was very attracted to the colors and the shapes of the toys. Her favorite one is the red train, now she always have to make sure that we bring the train with us everywhere because she loves it that much. This are one of the first teething toys that she like because all the other ones that she had before this one she really didn't like and they wasn't as easy for her to grab.
